We have one semi-detached property with garden set in the beautiful grounds of Villa Brazzano. This two storey buildings occupy 40 sq mtrs per floor and a patio area over 18 sq mtrs. Gardens are to the front, rear and side covering close to 100 sq mtrs collectively and providing plenty of space to create a drive for car parking

The ground floor is open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has intigrated fridge freezer, sink and drainage, oven and stove. The oven is electric whilst the stove runs off gas and a convenient container underneath the sink.

The ground floor also has a bathroom and double balcony doors onto the gardened/patio areas. A pellet heater centrally located provides heating for the villa Stairs lead to a landing.

From the landing access to the upstairs bathroom with new sanitary ware. There are two large bedrooms. The main bedroom has balcony doors on to a terrace. From the terrace it’s possible to see the ocean. The second bedroom is large enough for either two single beds or a queen sized bed and closet space.

The garden area is not landscaped and will require some work. Help is on hand should it be required.

Villa Brazzano is set in 3 acres of land with a private residence entry via electronic gates. Most of the villas are occupied with a mixture of Italian and foreign home owners. Many whom live there year round.

Scalea is home to just under 11,000 people and is a main holiday destination for many Italians. We have a small community of foreign home owners who take advantage of the long hot summers, holidaying between March and November.

The locals are extremely warm and friendly and will give you a warm welcome.

The town is littered with great restaurants, bars and shops. There’s over 6km of beach and a backdrop of mountains and the Pollino National Park. The largest national park in Italy.

Closest airports Lamezia Terme and Naples both with good train connections.
