Calabria Property Services has made our decision to purchase a home in Italy so much easier than we could have ever hoped, and made the renovation process so much more successful than we could have ever imagined. Yvonne and her team of professionals did a phenomenal job for us, and everything turned out as beautifully as we wanted it to. We highly recommend Yvonne and her company to anyone who is wanting to move to the coastal region of Calabria. She has made our dream of living in Italy a fabulous reality.

A few years ago we met Yvonne and we asked her to take care of the property management for our house in Calabria (bill payments, regular checks,...). We are still happy about that decision, giving us peace of mind when we are not in Italy. When we bought the property, we knew that a restoration of the outside would be necessary in the coming years. We talked this through with Yvonne and together with Alessandro - who visited the house several times to see how the renovation could be done in the most cost-efficient way - we received a quote for the renovation of the roof, terraces, walls and pillars. We are delighted by the result and way the renovation was treated by the full team: choosing materials, helping us with the geometra, advising us during the renovation process and receiving a daily update with pictures of the work done. What a comfortable feeling, knowing that someone is treating your property as it would be hers. We decided to have the whole house painted and the beams & woodwork stained - a huge job!. It was carried out professionally and efficiently and left very clean - which was a bonus. We decided to go for two major bathroom renovations. Most of it decided and ordered before we left for home in Sweden, but with lots of details still to be sorted out. Then came the Coronavirus. Still, when I came back in July everything was finished to our satisfaction. After the lockdown had finished Yvonne sorted out all the details via phone calls & video chat, and Alessandro and his professional team had done the work in their usual thorough way. Thanks Yvonne, for all the hard work!

We have had a few projects on our property recently, all of which have been organised through Calabria Property Services, including replacement and commissioning of a new gas central heating boiler, removal, repair/replace and paint of balcony railings as well as internal paint works. All of these works were carried out with the minimum of fuss and stress to us and expedited in a very professional way by Yvonne and her team lead by Alessandro - Many thanks.
