Welcome! I’m Yvonne, and I founded my property business in 2007 after moving to Calabria with my husband and daughter. Having made the move myself, I understand the excitement of finding your own little piece of Italy and the importance of having someone you can trust along the way.

Registered with the Chamber of Commerce as an estate agent I have many years of experience and a genuine love for this beautiful region, I’m here to make your property journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

My service doesn’t end when you receive your keys. I offer comprehensive after-sales support, including property and project management.

Giuseppe heads up our team of geometri and helps with all aspects of property administration, from land registry matters and planning permissions for renovations to inheritance and property ownership transfers.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, he is a real font of information and is highly respected in his profession. He also serves as President of the local Association of Geometri, bringing valuable expertise and insight to the team.

Of course, it’s not all serious business! I’ve been teaching Giuseppe a few English expressions along the way, and his favourite so far is “If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!” — a saying he’s taken to with great enthusiasm!

Alessandro leads our trusted construction team, taking care of everything from a dripping tap to complete renovations and new builds.

Having grown up in a family of builders, he has a wealth of practical experience, a natural talent for problem-solving and plenty of ideas and suggestions to help you get the most out of your property. There’s very little he can’t turn his hand to, and it’s just as well, as his skills are always in demand!

Whether it’s a small repair, ongoing maintenance or a major renovation project, Alessandro and his team are on hand to take care of all types of work, helping to keep your property in great condition and giving you peace of mind that help is always close at hand.
