Caulonia Marina is a small beach resort on the east coast of Calabria in southern Italy. Located between Catenzaro to the north and Crotone to the south, this seaside town is blessed with beautiful golden sandy beaches. The old town can be found just 6km from the sea for a piece of olf Italy.

We have a selection of affordable two bed apartments fully furnished and ready to move in on a complex with pool. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and main town centre the complex offers plenty of convenience. A large supermarket is also close by.

Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs and sitting room furniture. Off the main living area is a balcony large enough for outside dining.

The main bedroom comes with king size bed, closets and bedside tables. The guest bedroom with queen size bed or two single beds and closest.

Parking is within the complex grounds which are controlled by electronic gates.

Lamezia Terme airport is 1.5hrs from Caulonia Marina.

Viewing is strictly by appointment only with a minimum two weeks notice. Unfortunately during August viewing is not possible.
