Torremezzo Bathroom Renovation
Accompanying our clients to the builders merchants to select materials was the first step. Then our build team set about transforming this 1980's style bathroom into one that was much more practical, modern and spacious. Completely new pipework, wiring, smoothing the walls and new tiles started the transformation then finishing with new sanitary ware, shower and lighting.

We recently purchased an apartment that needed updating, and we enlisted Calabria Property Services to oversee the renovation. Yvonne provided an excellent contractor in Alessandro and the guidance to produce a beautiful apartment for us.
Other than one visit to pick out tiles & sanitary ware all other decisions were done remotely from the US, either by text or email or phone calls.
Every step of the way, Yvonne communicated with us, showing pictures of the construction as it was ongoing, so we knew how it was progressing.
