Kitchen Renovation

Carrying out the renovation with our clients based in the USA gave us the challenge of selecting the kitchen units, tiles and discussions with the constructor, from a distance.  Numerous visits to the various suppliers and using - videos, video calls, lots of photos and phone calls we were able to select the kitchen design, cabinets and tiles that the clients had envisioned.

The planning part of the process takes time and is important to ensure that the end result meets the clients request.  Various changes were made during the process and before the work commenced, to achieve this.

As with many old properties there were some humidity issues to resolve so our build team removed the old rendering up to 1m height and areas where it was higher and then using a 4 step remedy prepared the walls for the kitchen units. They installed new electric and plumbing and added beams as per the clients request. Once that was complete they painted & fitted the tiles. Finally, the kitchen units were installed together with the granite worktops... An amazing transformation and very happy clients when they visited to see the property for the first time!!
