This newly appointed apartment is located at Falerna, approx 20 mins drive north of Lamezia airport and Lamezia Central train station. This first floor apartment enjoys excellent sea views and is 300m from the beach. It comprises an open plan living area; lounge, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and oven and dining area. Patio doors lead onto the balcony from the lounge from where guests can take in those excellent sea views. There are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and again patio doors leading onto the second balcony from where there are contrasting mountain views. The second bedroom benefits from a double bed and there is use of a guest bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. The bathroom benefit from a shower and a washing machine is provided. Air conditioning in the lounge. Parking space for 1 car. |

| Nearby Falerna Marina offers long stretches of beaches and clear sea plus a newly appointed promenade where you will find a selection of cafe` bars, restaurants and shops.
The A3 autostrada is accessed from Falerna and from here it is possible to explore many of the nearby towns and villages nestled in the hillside and mountains that form a backdrop to Falerna. The National Park of La Sila is a 1 ½ hrs drive inland and this offers year round activities including trekking, mountain biking and skiing.
