It benefits from 2 bedrooms; the master having a king sized bed, and the second twin beds, both providing ample storage space. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, well stocked with cookware etc. the lounge benefiting from a sofa bed. Patio doors open onto the balcony from where there are excellent mountain views. Booking Procedure: Completion of booking form – sent via email €150 deposit required to secure all bookings – non refundable – via bank transfer Return the booking form & copy of bank transfer for confirmation of reservation. Balance due: 4 weeks before arrival date €200 security deposit to cover breakages/damage – refunded if no damage occurs Cleaning: €35.00 Guests are asked to vacate by 11am on departure date & arrival time 3pm– unless by prior arrangement.
