This new development is located at Nocera Terinese, approx 20 mins drive north of Lamezia airport.

Nocera Marina offers a newly appointed beach front with many small bars and restaurants along with other amenities; shops, supermarket etc.

The residence is conveniently positioned to explore the many traditional hilltop villages and dramatic scenery as well as taking advantage of the National Park of La Sila (approx 1 ¼ hr drive away) which offers many outdoor activities; pony trekking, quad biking, walking and skiing in the winter. The resort town of Falerna Marina is a 5 minute drive away where you will find a parade of shops and cafe bars along with shops and restaurants.

This well appointed apartment is situated on the first floor of the new development just off the ss18 coast road. It benefits from 2 bedrooms; the master having a king sized bed, and the second twin beds, both providing ample storage space. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, well stocked with cookware etc. the lounge benefiting from a sofa bed. Patio doors open onto the balcony from where there are excellent mountain views. Dining table and chairs inside or patio furniture present a choice of dining options.
