Located a short 5 minute walk from the centre of Camigliatello in La Sila National Park, approx 1 ½ hr drive from Lamezia airport.

This apartment is in an excellent position to take advantage of both the summer and winter activities offered by this stunning area of Calabria. La Sila is the mountain area that runs centrally through Calabria and is within easy reach of the coast. Outdoor activities in the area include skiing, mountain biking, pony trekking, quad biking and fishing. Alternatively spend the day relaxing by the heated communal swimming pool.

The apartment itself is situated in a chalet style development on the first floor. It benefits from an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with patio doors opening out onto a large balcony from where there are stunning views of the mountains and also overlooking the swimming pool. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Apartment is fully furnished and well equipped.

Rental Terms:
Minimum Rental period 3 days (except peak periods when it is 7 days).If you have different requirements please email us and we will try to accommodate you.
Booking Procedure: Completion of booking form - sent via email
€150 deposit to confirm booking – non-refundable – via bank transfer Return booking form & copy of transfer to confirm reservation Balance due 4 weeks prior to stay
€200 security deposit required with the booking - refunded if no damage occurs.
Cleaning Fee: €35.00 The apartment will be available from 15:30 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure to allow cleaning staff access although we may be able to flexible on these times dependant on other arrivals/departures at that time. For our all our guests comfort the apartment is non-smoking and regrettably we cannot accommodate pets.
