Belvedere is a busy small town with an array of shops, cafe` bars, restaurants etc. and a pleasant stretch of beach. Conveniently positioned to explore the many traditional villages of the area and the seaside resort of Scalea is a short drive away. A trip inland will lead you to the breathtaking National Park of La Sila, which offers year round activities including pony trekking, quad biking and skiing.

This ground floor apartment is situated on a small, exclusive residence accessed by electric gates. It benefits from 2 bedrooms; one double and one with 2 single beds. It has an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen with patio doors opening onto the terrace and garden from where there are spectacular sea views. The bathroom benefits from a shower. The residence offers a swimming pool which is open during the summer months.

Booking Procedure:
Completion of booking form – sent via email
€150 deposit – required to secure booking – non refundable – via bank transfer Return booking form completed and signed with a copy of the transfer
€200 security deposit – refundable if no breakage/damage occurs or extra cleaning incurred
Balance payable - 4 weeks before date of stay

Guests are required to vacate the apartment for 11am on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement. Arrival time 3pm unless by prior arrangement.
