This antique farmhouse from the late 700’s is situated at Torremezzo di Falconara (cs) approx. 45 mins drive north from Lamezia Terme airport. Set against a backdrop of mountains and a short distance from the sea this distinctive residence is a symbol of Calabrian heritage.

Lovingly restored to a very high standard the farmhouse provides an ideal place to stay offering peace and tranquillity in traditional surroundings meanwhile offering modern facilities.

There is a selection of one and two bedroom apartments and studios to rent, year round, all of which have their own bathroom and the majority offer a kitchenette enabling a self-catering holiday. The farmhouse is surrounded by mature, lush gardens and terraced areas providing space for outdoor relaxing and enjoying the excellent sea views.

A place of great charm this is an idyllic setting to spend time exploring the many traditional hilltop villages of Calabria and the many beautiful seaside towns along this stunning coastline.

Torremezzo has all local amenities close by: shops, café bars, pizzeria, pharmacy and also a small entertainment park that includes dancing, bar and children’s games (open in the summer months only). The towns of Amantea and Paola are a 10/15 minute drive in each direction. The apartments are also within easy reach of the National Park of La Sila where there are year round outdoor activities, eg. skiing, quad bikes, pony trekking etc.
