Booking Procedure: Completion of booking form – sent via email €150 deposit – required to secure booking – non refundable – via bank transfer Return booking form completed and signed with a copy of the transfer €200 security deposit – refundable if no breakage/damage occurs or extra cleaning incurred Balance payable - 4 weeks before date of stay Cleaning fee: 35.00 euro. Guests are required to vacate the apartment for 11am on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement. Arrival time 3pm unless by prior arrangement.
