Accompany you to the signing of the L’atto – the document is signed by all parties after which the Notary then officially transfers the title deed.

Arrange for translation of all documents into English and the Translator is present at the signing

Collect the L’atto from the Notary – after official transfer is complete usually after 28 days, we can either post this on to you or keep it until your next visit.
