Based on the west coast of Calabria, between Amantea and Paola, we are a professional, reliable and efficient Property Management Service ensuring that your property is well cared for in your absence.
Our aim is to reassure you that your holiday home is secure and receiving the best of attention in responsible hands. We offer a friendly, personal and flexible service to ensure that you or your guests are comfortable and are on hand should it be required.
We hope that we can provide personal and long term attention and guidance with the services that we offer.
After discussing your requirements we can prepare a rental package to suit your individual needs. We keep you updated on a regular basis via email or phone and can provide a regular report should it be required.

Before any rental of your property we ask for a written inventory of contents.

We would also ask that you provide 2, preferably 3 sets of bedding and towels per bed to allow for changeovers and any accidents that may occur.

Any damage to belongings or property will be photographed with a digital camera to be forwarded to the owner.


Key Holding.
It is essential that we hold 2 sets of keys for your property and these will be coded and stored in a locked cupboard. We request that Calabria Property Services are the sole holders of your keys as this eliminates any confusion. If we have to pass on your keys on your behalf to contractors we will ask for authority to do this. This includes 4 visits throughout the year for general checks to the inside and outside of your property. Should you wish more frequent visits this can be arranged separately.

Cleaning Service.
We will visit your property before each visit, giving it a thorough clean and check contents against the inventory provided, perform a visual check on the interior and exterior, examine furniture and furnishings for wear and tear, ensure all services are functioning and water plants. After each rental we will visit again to clean and repeat the checks as above and also turn off any appliances/services while the property is empty.

A basic range of cleaning products should be available at the property for use by rentals.

Laundry Service.
We will pick up bed linen, towels and tea cloths etc. to be washed and pressed and then delivered back to your property. Should you require the heavier items eg.duvets, laundered this can also be arranged.

Meet & Greet
We will be available to “Meet & Greet” your guests to advise them on services to the property. We can provide local information on places to visit, beaches and restaurants to ensure their stay is enjoyable

Welcome Pack.
We can ensure that when you or your guests arrive that there are enough provisions so that there is no worry about having to go shopping straight away

Gardening Service.
This service can be arranged with a local company should it be required – it will be discussed on an individual basis and priced according to work required.
Landscaping can also be arranged – discussed and priced accordingly.

This work is discussed on an individual basis with one of the company director’s, who is a Native English speaker. They quote for the work and, if undertaken, liaise with the owners throughout the process.

Furniture Packs and Items for the Home packs can be arranged and information sent on request.


Advertise your property on our website

Advertising your property on our website!! We can advertise your property on our website. We will take photographs, and use up to 6, include a description of the property along with the tariff required to be placed onto our Rental Page. We offer a 2 Publicity Packages that includes advertising on our website + other publicity media – please ask for a copy of the Package. Bookings generated from our site can either be passed directly to the owner to arrange or can be arranged by ourselves. This needs to be regularly checked between ourselves to avoid double booking. We also need to be advised when the property is “not available” for bookings, I.e. When in use by yourselves.
Bookings handled by ourselves incur a 10% +IVA handling fee in addition to any other services used. Handling fee includes showing the property to the prospective guest as required, completion of booking form, completion & delivery of a Comunicazione di Cessione Fabbricato form which is required by the local Comune each time an apartment is rented out, assistance with bank transfers, key retrieval, switch off of services and property check against inventory after rental. We are also on hand should any problems arise during a let.
A small call out fee will be incurred should we be called out to an emergency and if we need to take action to resolve a problem we will inform you beforehand and any costs incurred to carry out a repair will be paid direct to the tradesperson.
