Inspection Visits

It is highly recommended that an inspection visit is carried out in order to view properties and get a feel for the area.
We do all the preparation work prior to your visit to avoid unnecessary time- wasting and will have selected suitable properties for you to view from your enquiry form. We will update you on the search and can have photographs e-mailed to you for your reference.

Depending on the days selected a minimum of 4 days is advisable to ensure that you have time to look at the properties that have been selected by us to suit your requirements. You need to consider that you may wish to view some more than once.

You will also need to allow time to obtain your Codice Fiscale (tax code) which you need in order to purchase a house in Italy. Should you make an offer on a property there may be some preliminary paperwork that can be completed before you return and time again should be allowed for this.

When making your flight arrangements contact us in order that we can inform you of any holidays, Saint Days or fiestas that there may be. Also as with the UK, appointments with some agents have to be made in advance.
Although we don’t book flights we can give advice on airports and airlines that fly to the area.

We can arrange hotel accommodation for you or we have a selection of apartments if you prefer to be more independent. If you require airport transfer we can provide that for you or if you wish to hire a car we can offer advice on car hire companies or arrange it for you.
Your travel and accommodation requirements are not included in our fee.

We will accompany you to view the properties along with the local agents and are there to translate and offer advice and assistance. If after viewing you decide to make an offer on a property we can then start the purchase process off for you. (See our Services page for a breakdown of that provision.)
