This is a small exclusive development of 6 independent town houses situated at Camigliatello in the La Sila area of Calabria. Set in stunning countryside and close to the areas ski resorts, the development is approx 1hr from Lamezia airport and 1 ¼ hrs from the Tyrrhenian coast and 45 mins. from Crotone, home of Pythagorus.

Camigliatello is the main resort town of the area with all amenities close to hand. It has year round appeal, in the winter the town becomes the hub of the ski season offering easy access to the ski runs and ski schools. In the summer, if the outdoor life is for you then walking, pony trekking, exploring the many flora and fauna is a must or just relax and picnic in the local National Park. 

The development is just off the main entrance road into Camilgliatello, so only a 3 minute walk to the town and yet with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and forest areas.
