We are an English family company based in Calabria and aim to provide a first class service to anyone wanting to buy or rent a dream property in this region of southern Italy.

Because we live in Calabria we have daily contact with the necessary people to help you with your property purchase

We act as an intermediary between our clients and the agents/officials that we collaborate with. Our commitment starts from the initial contact. Firstly, we will locate a number of properties to suit your individual needs and via e.mail or post forward you property details and photographs for your reference.

If you want to view any of the properties in an arranged inspection visit we will accompany you and assist with translation and advice on the local area. If you decide to purchase a property we will assist you through the process; arrange for codice fiscale, surveys, solicitors, notary and other necessary requirements, reporting back to you at each stage of the process after your return home.

Secondly, after a successful property purchase should you want us to look after your dream home we will manage it, to include obtaining quotes, locating tradesmen and overseeing any renovation work or general maintenance you may need, cleaning between visits from yourselves or rentals and we offer a key hold service to check on your property when you are not there, again reporting back at regular intervals. We hope that we can provide personal and long term attention and guidance with the services that we offer.

Southern Italy has always been a popular destination for Italians to take their holidays and for Calabrese who have moved away for work to return each summer. Starting to get noticed as an unspoilt and traditional destination for tourists this area remains extremely beautiful, picturesque and steeped in history.

Increasing interest though is now being shown from international markets and it is seen as a good area for future investment. But let’s not forget what its attraction really is.
